Fruitloops: Serial Killers of Color

E51: Sister Credonia Mwerinde (The Kanungu Massacre) Part 1

August 15, 2019

This week Beth and Wendy get into Part 1 of our telling of the story of Sister Credonia Mwerinde, the high priestess and co-founder of the Movement for the Restoration of the Ten Commandments of God, a cult that murdered at least 900 people.

We kick things off with Listener Letters (10:20) and move into the Stats (13:47).  After that we dive into the setting (15:44) and Mwerinde's Early life (19:26). Then we get into the first part of the timeline (25:00)

As usual we close out the show with some shout outs (49:14), crime news (48:03) and of course, some tips on how not to get murdered (45:30).

Thanks for listening! This is a weekly podcast and new episodes drop every Thursday, so until next time... look alive guys, it's crazy out there!
